Happy New Year. ✨
I’ve always loved planning, but this year feels different — more grounded, more intentional, and more clear.
At the end of last year, I attended The Turning Point Retreat in Portugal, where we were invited to slow down and consciously design our next chapter. During that time, I gained clarity around my purpose:
“To create a beautiful life for myself and others through my art, my words, and my actions.”
With that clarity, I chose three areas to focus on in 2026.
1. Health & Wellness — Consistency Over Perfection
I’ve been in a program called Warrior Babe for the past 18 months, and this year is about showing up consistently, not perfectly.
Movement, nourishment, and mindset are becoming part of my daily rhythm — something sustainable and supportive.
Here are a few things I’m loving and using regularly:

MyFitnessPal - Macro Tracker
Warrior Babe Podcast - Macro Hour

This is my favorite protein packed post workout treat!
Combine Cottage Cbeese, Greek Yogurt, 1TBSP Vanilla bean paste, and 1/4 cup Carey’s Sugar Free Maple Syrup in a food proccesor and blend until smooth. Place 1 graham cracker sheet into a glass dishe and pour 1/4 of the mix over the graham cracker. Cool for a few hours in the refrigerator. Add fruit or any toppings you like.
Makes 4 servings.

2. My Art — Going Bigger & Giving Back
This year, I’m expanding my art practice — in size, in visibility, and in impact.
That means:
Painting larger, more expressive work
Showing at art fairs
Completing meaningful commission projects
And finally sharing my creative process with others
In January, I’ll be:
Preparing for Spotlight on Art in Atlanta
Finalizing several large-scale commissions
Launching my first workshop called The Art of Play

Creativity has been incredibly generous to me. Now I feel called to give back by helping others reconnect with their own creative voice.

3. Dreaming Big — Designing a Vision for My Life
Since returning from Portugal, I’m amazed by how clarity around my long-term vision has simplified my daily decisions.
When you know your purpose, it becomes easier to recognize:
what’s a yes
what’s a no
and what’s a not yet

My hope is that something here inspired you — whether it’s dreaming a little bigger, simplifying your focus, or recommitting to something that matters to you.
If this resonated, I’d love to hear from you.
Leave a comment or reach out and tell me what stood out — and what you’d love to see in future newsletters.
